Caramel Almond & Sea Salt Kind Bar
Love almonds? And caramels? Then you’ll probably enjoy this nutty nutrition bar.
This is one of my go-to treats, when I want a “treat” but really shouldn’t eat candy. It’s hard to believe, but these Caramel Almond & Sea Salt Kind Bars have only 5 grams of sugar. To put that in perspective, a 6oz Yoplait yogurt has 18 grams of sugar. Or, maybe to compare it with something more common, a teaspoon of granulated sugar is 4 grams. So, it’s about 1.25 teaspoons of sugar in this snack. I don’t think that’s too much, at least not compared to most other American snacks. And at about 200 calories, it’s about equal in calories to one of those small diet TV dinners.
