Dark Chocolate Chili Almond Kind Nuts & Spices Bar

It takes a few seconds for the cayenne spiciness to tingle my tongue.  This is not a bar to eat in a rush, unless you enjoy experiencing the transition from spicy to heat.  This is probably on the mild side of the heat scale, but the combination of peanuts, almonds, chocolate, and chili is really quite a taste treat.

Looks delicious to me! And a little messy. But well worth it.

Hi, my name is Linnea Huxford. I have 3 boxes of kind bars in my pantry. I guess you could say I've become kind of addicted.

I eat Kind bars because they taste good and they're good for me. Each one provides about 200 nutrient-dense calories. Many of my favorite ones are low in sugar, which is important to me because I have diabetes. In order to keep my blood glucose levels from skyrocketing, I have to eat a low-carb diet... so I'm always super happy to find something that I genuinely enjoy snacking on that's also pretty darn good for me.

Also, as you may have guessed from this site's name, I'm a software developer. I write code for a living. And debug it.  So, I often need a quick snack to keep my brain going... And kind bars are really quick.  Just unwrap and eat.

So my plan is to publish reviews and info about some of my favorite snacks. Perhaps other programmers will enjoy them too 🙂
